Shipping Methods

Our e-shop shipping policy is competitive and specifically designed to meet our customers’ needs.

1. Courier Service

Orders within Greece are delivered via ACS Courier within 2–4 business days, provided that the products are immediately available. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 4–5 business days.

For orders up to 3 kg, shipping costs amount to €4.
For each additional kilogram, an extra charge of €1.10 / kg applies.

Remote areas: For orders up to 3 kg, shipping costs amount to €7.50.
For each additional kilogram, an extra charge of €1.50 / kg applies.

Cash on delivery fee: +€1.80.

2. Shipping via Transport Company

Shipping via transport company applies within the Attica region, with collection exclusively from their premises: Parodos Themidοs 25, Tavros 18233 (Daratsianos Transport Company)

3. Pickup from Our Physical Store (Sternes, Chania)

If you choose to collect your order from our physical store (PALLADA PROJECT E.E.), you will be notified by phone or email once your order is ready for pickup.

Your order will remain available for 5 business days after notification.
If it is not collected within this period, it will be automatically canceled for operational reasons.

*Delivery times are indicative, refer to business days from the date of dispatch, and may vary depending on conditions.
*Orders placed until 22:00 are processed on the same day; after this time, they are processed the next business day.
*Orders placed after 22:00 on Friday and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.
*Delivery times refer to business days (Monday to Friday).
*Our company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as road conditions, extreme weather, strikes, etc.
