Cretan-style Greek Salad Workshop

Guided step by step by our expert, every guest prepares their own authentic Cretan Dakos using traditional barley rusks, freshly crushed tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, oregano, sea salt flakes and the PALLADA extra virgin olive oil of their choice. This hands-on activity shows how different olive oils completely transform the same dish providing practical knowledge you can recreate at home.

PALLADA Spread

To conclude the experience, you'll taste Pallada Spread served on fresh bread and discover how a spread made with 95% olive oil can deliver the rich, buttery taste you love in a healthier way. After the tasting, you can take it home and enjoy it every day in your own kitchen.
